who do i contact to find out when my incarcerated family member will go up for a bond hearing?

It depends on what the particular charge is. Most charges the bond hearing is right there at the jail and they hold them daily. However, with some of the more serious ones, those bonds can only be set by a circuit court judge and when that takes place, depends on the court's schedule and when the request was made for a bond hearing. You should make sure that someone has made the request. If not, in cannot be held until the request is made. That request is called a Motion for a Bond Hearing.
