Copy of trial testamonys

Do i have any rights to obtain copy of testamonys in a criminal trial that was a mistrial due to a hung jury. It is being retride

and i want a copy of the transcripts.

If you were the defendant then yes you do have a right. Find out who the court reporter was and call and ask them.
