Prices vary greatly from lawyer to lawyer. It really depends on what you want the lawyer to do. A trial is more work and time and lawyers will usually charge more for that. There are certain programs available if this is a First Offense. To get you into a program, lawyers usually charge less. The programs I'm referring to can get the charge off your record, which most people prefer. The best thing to do is to call a few lawyers and see what your options are and compare costs.
