my husband was arrested for forgery but his release papers say he isnt charged with anything unitl further investigation. what does that legally mean for him? and what should we do?

I can't comment on what your referring to in his release papers, unless I was able to look at the actual document or know exactly what it says in its entirety. He has been charged with a crime and he should retain an attorney. What county was it in?
