facing v.o.p.,original sent.3yrs.suspended to 5 prob.&3mnths in jail(which i served)I want to know the probability of when I turn myself in & go to court,if i can get a total time reduction to serve out in jail of a year or less&come out not on prob. anymore.Do you think a deal like this would be possible?the origanal charges were 1st off.c/c poss.of&1st off. poss.of creditcard not belonging to me...what's max time i could face?Is it possible to maybe strike a deal for a total of a year or less???

I'm assuming that "v.o.p." means Violation of Probation. Without knowing that, and how long you have been on probation, and whether all of your fees if any have been paid, and whether your restitution has been paid if any, then its hard to answer your question. The best thing you can do is to retain an attorney and if you cannot afford one then call the Public Defenders Office.
