Criminal Arrest
when arrested by law enforcement, are suspects suppose to be read their rights under the law?

What your referring to is Miranda Rights. There is no law that requires them to read your rights. All that Miranda says, is that if they ask you questions, then before your answers are admissible against you in court, then they must have read you your rights. This can be confusing.
