In a preliminary hearing, if you are

currently on probabtion and your is for a

different charge. Is it possible you could go

back and serve time?

No. Not at a Preliminary Hearing. A Preliminary Hearing is simply a Probable Cause Hearing to determine if there was probable cause for the arrest. They do not find people guilty at probable cause hearings and they do not sentence people at probable cause hearings.

However, if a person is found guilty while on probation, then that guilty conviction could have an impact on the probation.
