my daughter has Bipolardisorder and she alone with another robbed my mother at knifepoint.The guy was the one who went inside with the knife while my daughter waited outside.my fathers car was wrecked and my daughter was charged with conspiracy,armedrobbrey a&b high and aggravated assaultand grandlarceny.She is now in jail and I would like to know what if any ,kind of deal can she get?

This is a hard question to answer. There are a lot of things that the prosecutor and the judge will consider when sentencing a person. In this particular case it would be helpful to know if your daughter has a criminal record. It would also be helpful to know if the grandmother was injured in any way. I see that your daughter was charged with Assault and Battery. That would indicate to me that maybe the grandmother was injured. I would also need to know to what extent your daughter participated in the crime. You said that she waited outside. But I don't know if she was on the lookout, or drove the get-away car, or just what she was doing outside. These are very important questions that an attorney would need to know.
