Re: Criminal domestic violence

There is two Criminal Domestic Violence charges. One is a misdemeanor and one a felony. I suspect yous is the misdemeanor. For that the possible sentence is up to 30 days in jail and/or a fine. The judge can also order Anger Management and the defendant will be forbidden from owning a firearm.

It is possible to have this charge expunged. You are strongly advised to consult with an attorney who can review the facts and evidence before going to court.
