Criminal domestic violence 1st

What is going to happen to me if my husband and myself were both charged on 10-10-06 for cdv1st. I went to his house and we argued and he thru me on the gravel driveway and took my keys so i couldn't leave the house. I made a 911 call from my cell phone. I have bruises and back pain from his abuse. I never hit him. The police told me that i was going to jail because i should have left when he told me to leave. He hit me and threw me on the ground after i poured antifreeze in our boat.

I can't say what will happen to you. I can tell you that you have the right to a trial, or you can plead guilty, or that in some limited cases they dismiss the charges for whatever reason. Your welcome to call.
