my husband has an ex that is saying he stole a flute from her and racked up a cell phone bill. she claims she filed a report a year ago and now she wants to press charges. He did not steal the flute or even use the cell phone. Can he go to jail for this?

Re: criminal
Since I do not have any specifics about the case, all I can tell you at this point is that if a person is convicted of a crime in SC, then there is always the possibiliy of jail time as part of the sentence.
