At what age can a childs name be printed in the news paper for an arrest...and at what age can they be tried as an adult..Ex. Failure to stop on command of an officer....and can a image be shown

The press will usually not print anything from someone that is under the age if 18. As far as criminal charges, that can vary depending on a number of different factors.
