my daughter stabbed me in the heart!

I was accused by my 16 year old daughter for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, she had been grounded for a little over six months on & off for her grades, sneaking out, drinking, skipping school & lying, so July last year I was charged with giving her marijuana & teaching her how to smoke it!!! My ex husband for 3 years, her stepfather took her to the police station to file a report. He had been trying to get custody of our twin boys age 8 for 2 years but couldnt. My husband has friends EVERYWHERE! Country club, golfing, church, police department,social services, etc, etc..I told the officer he could search my house & I'd take a drug test, that she was lying so she could move in with her stepfather because he promised her more freedom. The officer search my house & found nothing & I voluntarily took a hair strand test & passed. The day she said I gave it to her I have airline tickets proving I wasnt even in the state! She even had her best friend make a statement saying I gave her drugs too! Earlier that month I found out my daughters best friend was dating a boy that was into a lot of drugs, so I called her mom & warned her, my daughters friend got really mad!
