what is the minimum and max time for a person on parole chrged with aggravated assualt in a high nature in south carolina

That charge carries 0 to 10 for a first offense. However, I don't know anything about your particular parole, so I cannot say how it would affect it. Sometimes through the plea neogotiation process some of these charges are reduced to Simple Assault for example. I have have accommplished that here in Horry County.
