2nd charge for domestic violence. first time 21 days how much for second offense?

No way of telling. You didn't say if you were convicted the second time of the CDV misdemeanor or the felony. Also, judges sentence according to a lot of things, such as how bad the crime was, how long since the first conviction, how badly the victim was injured, other criminal convictions, what else the person had done in life such as career, marriage, kids, schooling, etc. There is simply no way of telling you how much time unless you provide a whole lot more information.
