if you are tried for murder and found not guilty can you be tried for ass. after the fact or manslaughter

Not manslaughter. But Accessory After the Fact would be possible. Without knowing much more about the case I really can't say for sure. I wouldn't want to mislead you. Do not make any decisions without consulting with an attorney
