Double Jeopardy

If someone is tried for murder (16 years ago) and it is ruled as self defense, could it be retried if more evidence is found? Or does this fall under the double jeopardy rule?

I think your saying that they were found not guilty. If so, no. They cannot try it again. That is double jeopardy.
