Drug charge

How much time would a person serve for a cocaine distribution charge and it's the person's first drug charge?

Its hard to say without more information. Is there just one charge? Was there any offers from the Solicitor? Are there any other criminal convictions....drugs or otherwise? There are also several different Distribution charges. There are a number of different considerations that go into these things and no two cases are handled exactly the same.
