emancipation,moving in with another family, need to get a legal paper stating sh

17 yr old moved out of her parents house and in with us because of illegal active in her home.

I was wanting to know how to get legal paper for her to stay at my house. I need to show that I am responsible for her while she is at my home. I have talked to about talking to the police and turning her adoptive mother and father in for the things they have done to her. What can be done without involving the police? How should I go about getting this information?

You can adopt, seek custody, and possible some form of a guardianship, all of which are extremely involved legal procedures and would require consulting with an attorney.
