Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
Embezzlement and Forgery
I have a business partner who has sold vehicles that belong to me and has not paid me. He also has forged my name on titles to these vehicles. Most everything we do is in cash. Can I have him prosecuted.

Yes, if what he did was criminal, which it sounds like it was.
