Enspongement

I have a charge on my record that I've received house arrest for. I am continuing my education and trying to get a degree. My question is can I get the charge ensponged off my record? If so, how long would it take? My charge would interfer with my career of choice.

Most charges cannot be expunged. You didn't mention what your particular charge was, so there is not way of telling you if you can do it or not. Usually it takes a couple months. If you would like to email me I can let you know if your particular charge can be expundged. I will also need to know what other convictions. Only first offenses can be done.
