Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
evidence
I have been charged with consp. to manuf.meth and creating substantil risk to human life.In the federal guidelines it says it depends on how the chemical was stored and what kind of chemicals were present but it doesnt specify what has to be present or how it has to be stored in order to charge with creating risk.I did run from the police with liquid meth in the car.Is that all they need to be able to charge me with that or can can I fight if it doesnt contain the chemicals the consider to create the risk or because of their specifications of how it is stored? Can you tell me their guidelines for the chemicals and storage?

The chemicals have to comply with what the law says constitutes the offense. Its hard to say if you should fight it or not without knowing everything about the case. Fighting criminal cases has its risks.
