expunge a record
For a person who has been Pardoned of a crime tried in General Sessions court How can he go about having his record expunged?.

I think your terminology is a little off. You cannot have a crime "pardoned" in general sessions. Only the Governor can pardon a crime. But anyway, if you want to have a crime expunged, there is a process, but its rather involved. The easiest way to do it is simply call a lawyer.
