Expunged?

About 16 years ago I was caught shoplifting (pety) I paid the fine before the court date. Can I get the charges expunged? If so, how do I go about it? I was told that I had to write a letter.

There is far more to it than just writing a letter. You can contact the solicitor's office where the crime was and see if they can provide adequate assistance, or retain an attorney that can do it. Your welcome or email me for any questions. Robert Johnston
