How can you get charges expunged from your record?

First thing you need to do is verify that the particular charge CAN be expunged. Most convictions cannot. Then you need to obtain certain information from your conviction, complete an applciation, submit it to the prosecutors office. We do expungements state-wide should you have more questions. If you decide not to use an attorney, you might try calling your County's Solicitor and see if they will provide you with the forms. [email protected]
