expungement
i was wondering how long would i have to wait to get two counts of pointing and presenting expunged off of my record. It happen in 2005 but my court date was in 2007.

Re: expungement
Only certain convictions in Magistrates Court and Municipal Courts can be expunged. Your conviction is a General Sessions charge and does not qualify for an expungement.
