expungment
for a misdimenor, to get it expunged, is it 5 years from the arrest or 5 years from the end of the probation?

There is more than one waiting period, depending on the crime. What I don't understand is where you say Misdemeanor and then you say Probation. Generally, you cannot get probation for a misdemeanor. I curious what crime you were convicted of?
