can any circuit judge lift a failure to appear bench warrant?

Yes, if the bench warrant was issued by the circuit court. The trick is getting the judge to do it. There is a lot of misunderstandings about that. As a criminal lawyer I get calls all the time from people asking if to get a warrant lifted. Apparently a lot of people think its easy and all I have to do is ask a judge to do it. But its not that simple and not that easy. I have had a lot of sucess doing it, but you have to have a legal arguement for why the judge should do it and grant your motion.
