how can i get a failure to appear warrent lifted on my son who will sit in jail till court time.south carolina

There are two ways to do that. One is by filing a motion with Circuit Court and requesting a hearing, and the other is by way of consent order with the solicitor's office. Unfortunately, it is illegal for you to do either of these. That would be considered the Unauthorized Practice of Law. You really need an attorney.
