False Accusations
what should i do if a person files a complaint against me saying i paid two people to beat her up and try to kill her, and she had a miscariage in the process.? the allegation is not true !

You can't stop a perosn from going to the police and telling them a story. You also can't stop the police from investigating. If the police think that there is enough evidence to take it to a judge for an arrest warrant, you can't stop that either. The best thing for you to do is to immediately hire a criminal lawyer, tell him/her everything you know, and go from there. Depending on all the facts and specific allegations, its possible that the attorney might be able to help prevent an arrest. If not, you have a right to a trial if it goes that far. If you do have a trial, then they would have to PROVE that you did it.
