falsly accused

my question is how do i convience the courts that my sister in law is innocent on a crime that she believed to be set up by her ex boyfriend and his daughters mother. i have contact the sheriff in the town but he refuses to return my calls(as if he is hiding something). the town she was tried in is very racist. can you please tell me how i can prove that she had an unfair trial.

You can't. Your sister's lawyer can filer an appeal. The sherriff would never call the sister of a defendant. Good luck.

Legal recourse for a trail is an appeal, motion for reconsideration or a Post Conviction Action. You really need to contact and attorney and let them ask you questions in order to see what can be done.
