How far can the federal government go back in your crimal history to count previous convictions toward a career crimal charge. I thought it was only 15 years.

I'm sorry that it has taken so long for me to answer your question. It takes about a week for the site to send it to me. The prosecutors can go back different periods of time depending on what they are going back for. Going back for determining if it is second offence, third offense, and so forth is different from applying it to whether a person's record in admissible in the event of a trial. And so on. It all depends.
