Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
My fianc? was convicted of Breach of Trust with fraudulent intent >$1000<$5000 and was sentenced to a 3years suspended sentence with 2 years probation in the State of SC. He served no jail time. I believe this was done in General Sessions Court. This was his first and only offense. Would it be possible to get this expunged?

Only certain criminal convictions can be expunged in South Carolina. Those are certain crimes that were first offenses in Magistrates Court or Municipal Court. The conviction that your asking about does not qualify. The solicitor's office in each county handles the expungements and you can call them to check
