Firing of appointed defense lawyers
In a capital murder trial in which the death sentence is being sought and the defendant had one public defender step down and was appointed 2 more lawyers does the defendent have the right to fire the new lawyers if he feels they're not qualified and who should he report it to?

He'll have to bring it up with the judge that is presiding over the case. The decision is entirely up to the judge.
