forgery and fraud
if a committed these crimes and was given 5 years probation and to pay resitution but has fallen behind
with still a large amount owed and will have to go back to court does this person have a chance of staying out of jail

Its up to the judge and will depend a lot on what the probation officer tells the judge about how well the person did on probation or how bad they did. It would also depend on what the defendant's attorney presents to the judge about all of the good efforts the person has made since on probatio. It simply depends on a lot of things, not just the falling behind on restitution.
