Form for Expungement

I am looking for a form to file with the court to have a 23 year old charge expunged. Please advise me on how to obtain this.

Its actually quite a few different forms and has become a bit complicated over the last several years. Due to identity concerns, people trying to avoid creditor and criminal prosecution, it is no long a simple process, and most people prefer to let an attorney handle it. You can check with the Clerk of Court for your County to see if they can help you with any forms.
