Can I be found guilty of driving under suspension if i was parked on private property, and the keys were in my pocket?

There has to be some evidence of "driving." Be careful and be sure to have a lawyer. The police would not have arrested you for DUS if they didn't think you were driving and were not prepared to testify that you were.
