Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
i was with my friend and she was shoplifing, she was 16 so she went home but i was 18 so they took me to jail. i was in PTI but i couldnt complete it b/c im now pregnant, so they sent me a letter saying i have a court date on the 23 of Dec., what are they going to do?
