Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
my ex girlfriend had me arrested for criminal domestic violence. i have pleaded not guilty and have requested a jury trial. my question is, if she doesnt show up for the jury trial then i should be found not guilty, right?

Not necessarily. Be careful and don't count on that. You didn't mention what evidence there is. Its possible that they could try and convict you without her testimony. I really don't know enough about the case to predict what would happen. You really should have an attorney. Be on the safe side and go talk with one.
