Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina

Is he going to be in for a while........

A good friend was charged w/ poss. of a stolen pistol, poss. weapon during violent crime, malinjury to prop. under $1,000, burglary, and grand larceny value 1,000 but 5,000. He is an 18 year old male and has been beaten up upon waiting trial. I would love to try and help, but it might be a helpless cause. Any suggestions?!?!This happened a month and a half ago.

It would appear that your friend needs legal help more than anything right now. My only suggestion would be to help him find legal representation that he is comfortable with. Good luck.
