Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina

growing pot

i was arrested for growing pot.but the police didnt have a warrent to search my property.my brother was the one who turned me in.he is a known crack dealer.i was not read my rights.i also have 13 felony's under my belt.i was charge with all in the same day in 2000 if i plea guilty will i get probation. if there is a chance i could get out of this please fell free to let me know

There is just way too little information in you question to even begin to guess what your sentence might be. All you said was you were growing pot. I don't know how many charges there are. What they are. For example, manufacturing, trafficing, distribution, etc. Nor do I know what the other convictions are, etc. A judge considers a lot of things when sentencing a person and a good lawyer would need to gather a lot of information before giving advise.
