Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
Am i guilty of grand larceny if i helped someone remove and sell property that i thought they had permission to get?I even Questioned them beforehand and they assured me they had permission to get it.The other party even admits this to police but ive still been charged with grand larceny.
