Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
gun laws (protect yourself) drug paraphernalia
Unwelcome people entered my home + I had 2 pull my shotgun 2 get them 2 leave. I followed them outside my apartment aprox 15 ft as one beat the quater panel of my roommates truck ($1150.00 n damage) I am 18 and was scared, confused and lied about pulling the gun. No one told the same story it was a circus. They found a pot pipe (roommates) so they charged me with it. I have a previous paraphernalia charge this one not mine. Now the police are keeping my gun at least for now and word is trying to pin me w/a gun charge and 30 to 60 days even though I paid my fines. Help
