Your question is so vague its nearly impossible to answer. Why don't you email me and be very specific with what you want to know. You asked if there has ever been a case won. Sure there has. The prosecution has won these cases and the defense has won these cases. Are you asking if someone has ever been found Not Guilty when they were simply present at a crime but didn't actively participate?
