harassment

is there a way to make it where a person cant communicate with u for the rest of there life. i have a father that me and my mother have had order of protections against. she still has one and but the court wont let me extend mine. im tired of this court stuff!! he sends me mail without a return address so i cant get mail sent back. its none threating to the average person but is goal is to throw old stuff in my face. it is a way for him to say ''im watching you.'' he used to be a judge so he knows how to get around the law! Please help for i dont have money for an attorney

The only enforceable means of restricting a person from contacting you would be a Restraining Order. That is the only way I know of. You can always call an attorney for a second opinion.
