Anyone that has been charged with a crime should have a lawyer. Especially if its a second offense.

I cannot tell you what the penalty is without knowing what county and city the charge is in. The offense code you provided appears does not look like a state law. Therefore, if it is a county or city law, I would need to know which county or city the arrest is from in order to look it up.
