Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina

hardship case

In a probation case is there a law that constitutes a hardship case. As in finances. Due to the crime employment is difficult to find making paying probation difficult. I have served prison time twice for the same charge ending in further probation. Is there any exception for hardship cases.

You'll have to ask with the Probation Department. They have certain flexibility. However, if the fees your suppose to pay are court ordered they don't have much leeway.
