I have a hold with the dmv in tennessee for dus charge and i was pulled over today and the officer charged me or gave me a ticket for dus 5 what is going to happen he told me even if I pay the fine i go to jail. is that true or what are the laws on 5th or 4th

It depends. Often these can be reduced. There is also time frames involved on how far back the State can go. I don't know enough about your case to tell you. You can call if you want.
