Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
hi my husband was take to detention center to drive without driver license i paid bond to take out him of the jail and now he got a court he is scared because he doesnt have driver license he is elegal he can be deport if he go to the court??? the court is in south carolina columbia please help me!!!

I am not sure what you are saying. You did not use any punctuation marks and its hard to tell where your sentences start and stop. I think your asking if he can be deported. If that is your question, then you should call an Emigration Attorney.
