Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
Job Application Confusion
Recently, I completed an application that asked if I had a ''criminal background.'' Is one time conviction of a minor misdemeanor offense for tresspassing enough to constitute answering affirmitively to this type of job application question?

Re: Job Application Confusion
Tresspassing is a crime, therefore, it constitutes a criminal background. Have you looked into having it expunged? I would have to look it up to see if this particular crime can be expunged, but its possible.
